Enduring The Darkness
“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
Psalm 30:5
At our lowest mindset and our darkest moments, we can pray for the strength to endure it all. God’s Word reminds us that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We can trust that God’s favor will come with the light. Remember, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning!” God’s favor and love can bring us out of the darkness and into the light.
In the midst of darkness, we can hold on to hope! The Bible encourages us, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). We can trust that God has good plans for us, even in the darkest of times.
We can pray for the strength to endure through the darkness, knowing that God is our helper and our guide. As the Bible says, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). We can trust that God is with us, even in the darkest moments.
God's Word will guide and comfort all of us in times of darkness. We can confidently find strength and hope in His promises, knowing that He is our refuge, helper, and guide. Let’s make up our minds to trust in His good plans for us and pray for the strength to endure, knowing that His favor will come with the light!
God bless you,
Pastor Paul
